  •  We will assist customer queries during our working hours; if we receive any calls during our non-working hours, we will revert back on the next day or we would request the customer to call us again during our working hour.
  •  We would request customer to WhatsApp us only on 9998103323 or write us at care.pantsbykn@gmail.com
  • All orders will be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of order placement.
  • From dispatch it will take 1 - 7 days depending on the state.
  • If customer wants express dispatch, kindly mention in the order notes as “URGENT” so that we dispatch it immediately (Dispatch will be done on Same day if the order is placed before 12 PM or next working day). Also, call and inform our customer care during our working hour. 
  •  If customer wants express delivery, additional shipping charges are applicable. And this has to be informed prior to our customer care during our working hour. If the order is already dispatched, it cannot be converted to express shipping.
  • We will always keep the customer posted about the order confirmation and tracking number through email and WhatsApp.
  • The shipment tracking details will be sent to email & WhatsApp.
  • Tracking details would be updated roughly within 2 hours of dispatch.
  • Shipping is a third party service. So, if there is any public holidays, natural calamities, or strikes, the parcel may get delayed during these times.
  • In case of any delay in delivery by the courier partner, the management is not liable, but we will definitely help with tracking the package.
  •  In the event of wrong contact number, wrong or insufficient address, the product will be return back to us (RTO - return to origin). 
  • In any case if the parcel is lost or not delivered by our courier partner, we will send a new parcel and make sure it reaches the customer. There might be a delay in the process because of the investigation happening behind. Refund is not applicable in such cases.
  • Courier might not be delivered due to reasons like wrong contact number, wrong pincode, customer not attending the call when delivery partner calls, fake delivery, or courier being lost by delivery partner.

CASH ON DELIVERY

  • ⁠For cash-on-delivery orders, we confirm with the customer over the phone before dispatching.
  • ⁠If the order value exceeds 3000/-, we might collect a nominal advance amount online via Google Pay or UPI.
  • Any cancellations of orders should be notified in advance and cannot be cancelled after dispatch. 
  • All calls will be recorded to ensure quality control.
  • PantsbyKN claims the right to cancel any cash-on-delivery order if the consumer does not pick up the calls for confirmation. We will initiate 1-3 calls from our end. Following that, we will cancel the order.
  • ⁠In case an item is out of stock, our team will contact the customer within 1-3 days to choose an alternate product or remove the item from the order and dispatch the remaining ones. Customers are asked to choose alternate items or cancel their order.
